Kargo ve Teslimat Politikası
Siparişinizin size en güvenli ve şeffaf şekilde ulaşması bizim için önemlidir. Kargo süreciyle ilgili bilmeniz gerekenler aşağıdadır.
Sipariş Hazırlama Süresi
Siparişiniz onaylandıktan sonra, tedarikçi ortaklarımız tarafından 1-3 iş günü içinde hazırlanır ve kargoya verilir. Yoğun dönemlerde (kampanya, indirim günleri vb.) bu süre uzayabilir.
Teslimat Süresi
Yurt içi teslimat: ortalama 3-7 iş günü
Yurt dışından gönderilen ürünler: ortalama 7-20 iş günü
Her ürünün tahmini teslimat süresi ilgili ürün sayfasında ayrıca belirtilir. Gümrük işlemleri, hava koşulları veya kargo firmasından kaynaklanan gecikmeler bu süreleri etkileyebilir.
Kargo Takibi
Siparişiniz kargoya verildiğinde, kargo takip numaranız kayıtlı e-posta adresinize gönderilir. Bu numara ile siparişinizin durumunu ilgili kargo firmasının sitesinden takip edebilirsiniz.
Birden Fazla Kargo
Bazı siparişler farklı tedarikçilerden temin edilen ürünler içerebilir. Bu durumda siparişiniz birden fazla pakette ve farklı tarihlerde elinize ulaşabilir. Her paket için ayrı bir takip numarası tarafınıza iletilir.
Kargo Ücreti
Kargo ücreti, sipariş tutarına ve teslimat adresine göre ödeme sayfasında hesaplanarak gösterilir.
Adres ve Teslimat Sorunları
Yanlış veya eksik adres bilgisi nedeniyle oluşabilecek teslimat gecikmelerinden veya iade kargolarından tarafımız sorumlu tutulamaz. Sipariş sırasında adres bilgilerinizi kontrol etmenizi rica ederiz.

Shipping Policy
We want your order to reach you safely and with full transparency. Here's what you need to know about our shipping process.
Order Processing Time
Once your order is confirmed, it is prepared and shipped by our supplier partners within 1-3 business days. This time may be longer during high-demand periods (sales, campaigns, etc.).
Delivery Time
Domestic delivery: approximately 3-7 business days
International shipments: approximately 7-20 business days
The estimated delivery time for each product is also shown on the product page. Delays caused by customs procedures, weather conditions, or the shipping carrier may affect these timeframes.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, your tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. You can use this number to track your order's status on the relevant carrier's website.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may include items from different suppliers. In this case, your order may arrive in multiple packages on different dates. A separate tracking number will be provided for each package.
